Social Sharing: toys, books, puzzles Interacting: doing puzzles together, puppets, dress up Solving Conflicts, sharing/not sharing Learning about authority: parent vs. child, teacher vs. child, caregiver vs. child Learning to be autonomous: zipping up their coats, putting their shoes on, going to wash their hands before eating Respect for others
Academic
Circle time: reading books together, sharing, stories of our weekends or special
occasions Learning with numbers: counting Learning the calendar: days of the week, months of the year Encouraging imagination: through arts & crafts, puppets, dress up, theme play Intro to Geography: Canadian provinces, world map Intro to computers: educational activities, discovering different things about animals Introduction to different cultures: Greek, Italian, Indian, etc
